Questions?

WE’VE GOT ANSWERS.

TRADE SHOW QUESTIONS

  • Will you be working with multiple booths at my trade show?

Nope. We want this unique service to be unique to your booth for the whole conference. You book with us – we don’t accept any other bookings for the same event.

  • Do you offer discounts?

If your event is longer than six hours or spans multiple days, it’s possible that you may be eligible for a discount.

  • How much experience will my artist have?

All of our hand-picked, independent artists have had a minimum of five years of experience drawing at live events. Your are guaranteed a professional, experienced artist who is a delight to work with.

  • Are there any additional fees?

There will be a daily parking fee which varies depending on the venue. In general the daily parking fee at most venues ranges from $15 to $25. A travel fee might apply – but only if there’s not an available artist in your service range. After that, no other fees.

DIGITAL CARICATURE QUESTIONS

  • How many people can be drawn in one hour?

7 to 10 guests can be drawn in one hour. Even if not everyone is able to be drawn, the novelty of the medium provides fantastic entertainment to everyone standing around. It’s great fun just to watch the drawing unfold.

  • How much space do you need?

Your artist will need space for a table at least three feet long with an electrical outlet and two chairs.

  • What do I need to provide?

Your artist will need  a small table and two chairs near an electrical outlet. Other than that, all other equipment is provided, including a 32 inch LED screen.

  • How will people get their digital copies?

After the event, usually the same day, we will upload all the drawings from the day onto a special client download area. The link for downloading their digital copy will be printed on each photo so the guests know where to go.

TRADITIONAL CARICATURE QUESTIONS

  • How many people can be drawn in one hour?

Our artists can draw roughly 15-20 people an hour in black-and-white. If there’s a big line and we need to get through a lot of people we speed it up to 20 per hour, but if things are a little more relaxed we’ll add more detail to the drawings. No matter what, we always take enough time to make sure we get a good likeness.

  • How much space do you need?

All we need is three chairs – one for the artist and two for the people being drawn – in a relatively well-lit area or full shade if outdoors.

  • Will you print my logo?

Absolutely! Black and white printing is free, for color printing we only charge you what our printer charges us.
